House is very clean.
Living room (downstairs) is considerately large, avaialable easily for a 6-8 guests diner. There's also a quite large
terrace behind the house, ideal for grill and beer on a saturday evening.
Overall, the area and the house itself can be considerate as luxury and prestiqeous.
Contract is available for min 3 months, with a possibility to extend.
