Beach has Europes highest Blue Flag rating and is the site for the America's Cup. Cabanyal District, on Calle Justo Vilar 33, walk to Dr. Lluch metro station, cafes, restaurants and pubs, all less than 1 minute walk away. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk away. University area 3 minute metro ride away. Great location. Central Valencia is 2 kilometers away. I also rent for long term stays at a discount, ask for rates.
