Beyond Harmony Wellness Centre offers high quality yoga courses, massage and flotation therapies as well as meditation groups and a variety of workshops. Beyond Harmony is an extension of the Kathmandu Centre of Healing, and creates a unique fusion of eastern and western wellness practices. The centre is located in picturesque seafront surroundings, between the pier and the People's Park in Dun Laoghaire, with an incredible view of the Irish sea.
